This year’s theme, « Ocean of Solutions: The Offshore Renewable Energy Industry in Service of Energy Sovereignty, » underscores the critical role of offshore wind and marine energies in Europe and France’s energy transition. 

 The conference will address ambitious EU carbon reduction targets, aiming for 60 GW of offshore wind and 1 GW of other marine renewables by 2030, and the challenges in achieving these goals.
