Personal data are accessible only to:
- Authorized personnel of BLUESIGN SAS.
- Service providers and subcontractors involved in the organization of the event (registration platforms, badge printing, hosting, catering, security, event apps, emailing tools).
- Public authorities when required by law.
- Event partners or sponsors, only if you have expressly consented to the sharing of your data for networking or marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Event registration and participation data: retained for the duration of the event plus the applicable statutory limitation period (up to 5 years for contractual evidence).
- Billing and accounting data: retained for 10 years in compliance with French legal obligations.
- Prospect and marketing data (e.g., newsletters, post-event communications): retained for 3 years from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn.
- Cookies and browsing data: retained up to 24 months after collection.
6. Data Transfers Outside the EU
As part of the organization of our events, BLUESIGN SAS uses the Inwink event platform, which hosts and processes data in France in compliance with the GDPR.
No data is transferred outside the European Union without ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Photography and Filming
During the event, photographs and video recordings may be taken by BLUESIGN SAS or its authorized service providers.
By attending SEANERGY 2026, participants acknowledge and agree that they may appear in such media, which may be used for promotional and communication purposes (website, brochures, press, social networks, etc.), without any financial compensation.
If a participant does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they are invited to inform the organizer in advance at dpo@bluesign.eu.
10. Badge Scanning by Third Parties
When visiting the exhibition, participants may have their visitor badge scanned by exhibitors, sponsors, or partners.
By allowing such scanning, the participant agrees that their contact details will be transmitted to the third party concerned, who then becomes the data controller of this processing.
This may result in the participant receiving commercial solicitations directly from these third parties.
BLUESIGN SAS declines all responsibility for the processing carried out by these third parties once the data has been collected by them.
