Description
Jérôme Hilt is a Project Director with more than twenty years of experience leading large‑scale industrial projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors. A graduate of École Polytechnique and ENSTA, he has built a strong international career marked by the management of complex operations and multidisciplinary teams.
After holding senior infrastructure roles in Colombia, he joined EDF Renewables, where he played a key role in major offshore wind projects. He served as Foundations Package Manager, Deputy EPCI Director, and later EPCI Director in the United States, overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, and installation activities for flagship offshore developments.
Since May 2025, he has been Project Director at Pennavel, bringing his deep expertise in industrial planning, risk management, and project execution to support the delivery of strategic renewable energy projects.
