Description
Bertrand Le Mouëllic is an experienced renewable energy leader with more than 20 years of experience in renewables projects' full lifecycle and country-level management. As Operations Director, he is responsible for structuring and accelerating the company’s operations, supporting delivery of the 12 MW NH1 tidal project and the advancement of future commercial-scale developments.
Prior to joining Normandie Hydroliennes, Bertrand spent nearly two decades within a European Independant Power Producer, where he served as France Country Manager from 2016 to 2025, overseeing national operations and development activities. Earlier, as Development Director France, he led renewable energy projects development across the country, building and managing multidisciplinary teams and advancing projects and partnerships from origination through to execution.
