Senior executive in the renewable energy sector with nearly 20 years of experience shaping the French offshore wind market.
Held a range of operational and leadership roles at Skyborn and RWE, most recently serving for five years as Country Chair / VP Offshore Wind Development France at RWE. Since 2024, serves as Chairman of the Offshore Wind Committee and Board Member of the Renewables Union (SER).
Recognized as one of the pioneers of the French offshore wind industry with hands-on experience across full project lifecycle from origination to Final Investment Decision, Pierre has played a key role in the development and implementation of the regulatory framework underpinning the sector’s growth. He has successfully secured 2 GW of offshore wind capacity through competitive tenders (AO1 and AO8), while leading multi-billion-euro investment programs and managing cross-functional teams.
An engineer by training, Pierre also holds an Executive Master in Energy, Environment and Regulation from Sciences Po Paris. He combines a holistic understanding of offshore wind sector challenges and strategic market dynamics with a strong track record in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and industry governance.
