Description
Fernanda is a specialist in energy planning and low-carbon transitions, with over 10 years of experience in the energy and climate sector. At ABEEólica, she serves as New Technologies Specialist leading the association’s work on carbon markets and providing technical support on offshore wind, green hydrogen, and ESG activities. She holds a Ph.D. in Energy Planning from COPPE/UFRJ (Brazil) and has a solid background in government advisory, international cooperation, and strategic research. Her previous experience includes managing the Brazil Energy Programme at Adam Smith International and contributing to the development of decarbonization studies as Prospective modeling engineer at IFP Energies Nouvelles in France.
