Description

Aymeric Ducrocq began his career in 2004 at the General Directorate of the Treasury, at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. He worked for four years in the international department, first on trade negotiations conducted within the framework of the WTO and then on the financing of development aid, in conjunction with multilateral development banks. He was seconded to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2008, where he was appointed Advisor to the Executive Director for France and then Alternate Executive Director from 2009 to 2011. In this context, it participates in the reform of the IMF's governance and response to the global financial crisis, and monitors the Fund's financial assistance programs in the many member countries affected by the crisis. In 2011, he joined the State Shareholding Agency (APE) at the Ministry of Finance. He was first in charge of the State's holdings in the transport infrastructure and audiovisual sectors, then Director of Industry investments. In this capacity, he monitors the State's shareholdings in the defence, aeronautics and automotive sectors, participates in the governance of these companies and conducts numerous capital operations on behalf of the State shareholder. From 2016 to 2020, he joined the EDF Group's Finance Department as Director of M&A, where he led various asset acquisition and disposal operations in the Group's various businesses (services to the nuclear industry, electricity transmission and supply, services, renewable energies, storage, gas infrastructure, etc.). He also took over responsibility for investor and market relations in 2017, and in this capacity oversees all of the Group's financial publications as well as relations with debt and equity investors. Aymeric joined EDF Renewables in November 2020 as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Committee. Since his arrival, he has contributed to the acceleration of EDF Renewables' growth, the financing of this growth, our investment discipline and the strengthening of performance management in all our businesses and sectors. He was appointed Director of the Marine Renewable Energies Department France in January 2024. Aymeric Ducrocq is a graduate of the Institut d'études politiques (IEP) in Paris and a former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA).
