Its core mission is to foster innovation by: Identifying and supporting breakthrough projects from the earliest idea to market launch, Creating synergies between research, academia, and industry, Boosting R&D investment in SMEs, And promoting a true culture of innovation across the ecosystem. As a catalyst for innovation and transitions, the cluster enhances the visibility of its members well beyond regional boundaries through international partnerships, B2B events, showrooms, lobbying activities, and European and global intercluster collaborations. Pôle Mer is deeply committed to advancing the sustainable growth of the marine and maritime economy, tapping into the vast potential of Europe’s oceans, seas, and coasts as powerful drivers of the green economy — with strong prospects for innovation, competitiveness, and high-quality employment.
