As part of VELELLA project (ADEME France 2030), we investigated the impact of the first French floating wind turbine (FloatGen, BW-IDEOL) on the structure and functioning of benthic fauna. We assessed how the species composition and functional traits of soft-bottom invertebrate communities change with the distance from the floater. This study is based on grab samples, over a two-year period.
